Birth & Family

Doctor Steven Oluoch Mike was born in Kericho on 5th October 2002. He was the beloved last born son of Michael Ochieng and Monicah Anyango, and a devoted brother to Brian Mike, Alvin Mike, and Cindy Mike.

Early Life

Steven spent his vibrant and formative childhood growing up across Kericho, Sondu, and Rangwe, touching lives and forming lifelong bonds everywhere he went.

Education & Aspirations

Doctor Steven Oluoch Mike attended Resam Academy and later Sinogo Primary School for his primary education. His high school journey was an adventurous pursuit of excellence, attending Cardinal Otunga High School briefly, Thurdibuoro, Sok Boys, and culminating with distinction at Mang'u High School.

He went on to join Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) to pursue a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). Alongside his medical studies, he was deeply passionate about technology and cutting-edge digital innovation.

"Sadly, he did not get to finish his studies and fulfill his dream of becoming ‘The Good Doctor’ due to his untimely passing, but the brilliance of his ambition continues to inspire everyone who knew him."

Spiritual Life & Walk of Faith

On Sunday, 21st August 2020, Steven dedicated his life to Christ and began an inspiring new journey of faith. He was baptized that day in Lake Victoria, Homa Bay, by Pastor George Odero of Forward Church Rangwe, where he remained a deeply committed and active member.

Through his walk of faith, he gained both an intimate relationship with God and a blessed second family in the Oderos—Pastor George and Leah embraced him as a son, providing a second father and mother to him alongside his siblings Clint, Xavier, Briana, and later Furaha.
